Marino is a leading global Strategic Design & Development Consultancy.
I co-founded the company in 2006 with my business partner.
It specialises in the design and development of mobile and web applications.
The company is based out of Ireland and I also setup and ran the New York office for several years.

Clients include major local banks, National Lottery, Sesame Street, New York Hall of Science, Heineken, Publicis Groupe, Sony, Government of Ireland, the publishing giant Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Vero Social, Bell Telecom Canada, and many more.

At Marino my primary roles were Creative Director and Product Design Director along with running and growing the business.
I stepped away from the company in 2017 when I moved to Australia. Today, Marino continues to grow and thrive.

Along with the many successful projects and long term client relationships, one of the key successes there was maintaining low staff turnover in an extremely competitive tech talent market in Ireland.
