The bank approached us to do a complete redesign and development of their mobile and tablet apps for their customers after a failed attempt at the project with another vendor.

We restarted the project from scratch. I worked closely with multiple teams at the bank including their Product Manager and our own engineering/qa/design teams to build a strong foundation, product strategy and a clear design concept & strategy for the products. I oversaw all product and design decisions giving direction as required. Increased performance and ease of use along with a much larger feature set were all goals.

The products were a huge success with fantastic customer feedback on release which were a huge improvement over their previous hybrid html apps.

Apps were all designed and developed in-house at Marino using native development environments for each platform to ensure the best user experience and peformance. The apps were released for iOS and iPad OS along with Android Phone and Tablets.
